fix: show invite cta for all outbound txns
The /points → /rewards route rename (#1841) added the new page files but missed adding "rewards" to DEDICATED_ROUTES in routes.ts. Without it, the [...recipient] catch-all intercepts /rewards and tries to look up "rewards" as a Peanut username, causing a crash.
