Swaps out the remaining Pterodactyl references for Pelican, matching casing throughout (Pterodactyl -> Pelican, PTERO -> PELI). Doc links now point at pelican.dev. Where an old PTDL_v2 export sits next to an existing Pelican version, the old file keeps its name so nothing gets clobbered.
