Update egg-clusterio.json

Description

Thought I'd have a shot at updating this egg, I was experencing this install issue which is fixed by installing the npm (modules?) individually. Seems clusterio has some hangups about installing into a directory already populated by other files. Forgive me if my terminology is incorrect, not familiar with npm in the slightest.

This egg does not include the "host" side of clusterio. I feel that this may be less confusing as a seperate egg, which I haven't gotten around to yet.
