Regarding the last item, Linkinator is causing CI to fail because it thinks the AGPL link in the README is broken, even though it loads just fine in a browser.
Maybe Gnu.org is throttling/blocking GitHub, but regardless of the reason, I get the impression the Linkinator action has outlived its usefulness and should be removed.
