dt-utils: drop recipe provided by meta-rauc

A similar recipe is in meta-rauc already. The only difference was the application-specific debug package split that this version of the recipe had but meta-rauc's hadn't. This is already addressed by rauc/meta-rauc#347. Fixes #149 Signed-off-by: Enrico Jörns <[email protected]>
