Metamodel Reference Spec

This release matches the libraries provided by go-metamodel
which provides pflow model DSLs for Go, Lua, Js, and now Python!

This library allows developers to compose complex petri-net designs using python,
and has been tested to be compatible with PostgreSQL's PLPython stored procedures.
