CREATE TABLE `t1` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL,
  `name` varchar(20) DEFAULT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`id`) /*T![clustered_index] CLUSTERED */
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_bin

 insert into t1 select '11111111111111111111111111111111111', 'x';

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

mysql> insert into t1 select '11111111111111111111111111111111111', 'x';
ERROR 1264 (22003): Out of range value for column 'id' at row 1

3. What did you see instead (Required)

mysql> insert into t1 select '11111111111111111111111111111111111', 'x';
ERROR 1690 (22003): BIGINT value is out of range in '1111111111111111111111111111111111

4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)

Seems that like the following sql also have the same problem

insert into t1 select 'x', 'x';
insert into t1 select 'x1', 'x';

is this problem need to be fixed ?
