Update Chinese translations: Added Traditional Chinese

Hi team,

I've made some updates to the Chinese translations in this pull request:

• Renamed the original zh.json file to zhhans.json to follow the naming convention for Simplified Chinese.
• Edited the language label in zhhans.json to 简体中文.
• Made a small adjustment to the translation in Simplified Chinese to retain the original term 'tea store.'
• Added the translation of Traditional Chinese in zhhant.json.

Please review and merge these changes as necessary.
