  • added a function to utilize a combination of four histone modification ChIP-seq data sets to derive prior parameters for RNA-seq quantification
  • added a testing procedure on whether external data is informative and how informative they are for RNA-seq quantification
  • a training set of isoforms will be built in the reference-preparation step rather than in the expression-calculation step
