chore: docs deprecated files cleanup and reorg

Looks like a big PR, but it’s basically just:

• Moving old files that have significant content to a pages-archive directory where they won’t be indexed by Algoria, and make life easier/simpler to go in and understand the file structure
• Some light reorganization, prepping for a bigger reorg of the navbar + file structure
• Adding functionality to strip the numbers from an xx-{filename} so the code can be ordered like it is on the navbar

  • 01-introduction
  • 02-getting-started
  • etc.
