Version 0.5.0

New features

  • Added warnings attribute to XlsForm

Developer updates

  • Merge remote-tracking branch 'trunk/develop' into feature_xlsform_validation
  • .gitignore - reorganization
  • makefile - added command 'install'
  • Linting of some files

Also made the following changes:
- Updated makefile commands related to packaging.
- Removed command aliases from makefile.
- Removed test files from setup.py
- Update to gitignore
- Updated requirements: requirements-unlock.txt list base, non-transitive depdendencies, while requirements.txt lists the results of pip freeze. Removed stipulated version numbers (sans several dev dependencies) and upgraded dependencies in the process.
- Updated test files and test dir.
- Added new test.

@jkpr The main purpose of this PR is the warnings attribute on XlsForm. That feature was supposed to make it in (ref), but something went amiss.

Several of the CLI and web tools in the PMA Survey Hub suite now depend on this distinction of warnings from errors. Bciar was having some issues, and I realized that the version of pmix he was using no longer had warnings.
