Include full visual_qc.xlsx file

• In v2.0.4, we included a subset of visual_qc.xlsx. In this release, we include the whole visual_qc.xlsx
• Generating PDF off .ipynb seems to be increasingly hard. Replace that with .html
• Use .tar.gz archive for releasing data
