We talked about adding a Canto tool for allele renaming.

Would it be OK for the new tool to batch-up requested changes and then apply them during the nightly load? That would make the implementation easier.

It wouldn't be much extra work to add a function to list the sessions that contain a given allele. Would that be useful?

I am pretty sure it would. We hardly expect any after everything is fixed anyway...

It might be I guess, but it we have a way to fix auto-magically we probably would not need it. @manulera can you think of a use case?

Sorry I had not seen this one either. Yes, I can't think of a use-case either.
