Add a tool for renaming alleles in all sessions #2669

Would it be OK for the new tool to batch-up requested changes and then apply them during the nightly load? That would make the implementation easier. |
It wouldn't be much extra work to add a function to list the sessions that contain a given allele. Would that be useful? |
I am pretty sure it would. We hardly expect any after everything is fixed anyway... |
It might be I guess, but it we have a way to fix auto-magically we probably would not need it. @manulera can you think of a use case? |
Seems this is related to #2154, or would probably fix that issue too. |

We talked about adding a Canto tool for allele renaming.
