This will be very useful (I'm assuming the black borders the essential genes?)

I don't know in that case. The highlighted genes are whatever was in the result table when I used the "View pathway coverage" option. It could have been anything.

It's highlighted when I start from the "Inviable deletions and disruptions" commonly used query:
