Core Changes:

• Pinned entries are preserved even after reboot/restart the applet.
• Added keyboard scrolling for the text preview overlay:
• Arrow Down / j scrolls down.
• Arrow Up / k scrolls up.

Improvements:

• Added a stable scrollable ID for the text preview overlay and wired it
  to libcosmic programmatic scrolling.
