This PR introduces a completely redesigned and significantly expanded website for the Python package (pkg-py).
This isn't quite as polished as I was hoping to get before the holiday break, but it's enough of an improvement that I'm going to merge it so Veerle has the most up-to-date examples and docs.
Will revisit this next week, so feel free to comment on things @gadenbuie and @chendaniely
