How about exposing IndexByName and IndexById as IReadonlyDictionaries instead of decoration?

Sorry, typo, should be:
- Properties IndexByName and IndexById in Space
- Properties SpaceByName and SpaceById in Schema

Implementing
IReadOnlyDictionaryseems to be reasonable choice, but question arises: what should we return in untyped Enumerator?
