enabled sending SOL/tokens to domains registered in the ANS
ANS is an alternative name service on solana, based on solana-labs/solana-program-library/name-service rewritten in Anchor with some other goodies like:
currently only .poor TLD is enabled but this will let other projects have their own TLD like .thug or .monke
