This patch adds coverage exporting for boht unit and integration (with VPP) tests. - It merges 'unit' and 'integration' tests into a single pipeline, always launching VPP if passed the VPP_BINARY envvar - It adds a signal handler for USR2 to export coverage if built as such - It removes the WITH_DGB option and default to always packaging gdb with VPP.
