Enable automatic registration of Starter for Maya via environment variable.

$ cd pyblish-starter
$ export PYTHONPATH=$(pwd)/pyblish_starter/maya/pythonpath:$PYTHONPATH
$ maya

The pythonpath/ directory contains a userSetup.py to manage installation of pyblish-starter.
