- Renamed workflow to "Build, Test and Deploy Discord Bot to VPS" - Simplified steps by removing unnecessary commands and consolidating actions - Added steps for packaging build output and creating .env file on VPS - Improved artifact transfer to VPS using SCP action - Enhanced bot restart process on VPS with clearer commands
