Enabled AF command to run in gf3_nographics. Added widths to the output of SA

I found this a valuable addition for verifying fits based on the resolution. I noticed on a few of my fits that I have mischaracterised doublet and triplet peaks, however, with the width in the gf3.sto file, I could find and refit.
