The global.kubectl.repository value also needs to be set to the private registry repository in air-gapped environments to pull the kubectl image for the service account patch Job (https://github.com/rancher/charts/blob/release-v2.10/charts/rancher-backup/105.0.0%2Bup6.0.0/values.yaml#L56C17-L56C32)
