Major Changes:

  • Selecting a texture on the right panel then pressing "DELETE" will now delete it and the corresponding related rectangle in the left panel

This looks good, I tested it a few times @adrientremblay

The only thing I am wondering is the UI/UX part.

I was thinking we should add a "delete selected (DEL)" button to the right panel in the upper toolbar, probably next to the Auto Pack button. Just like we have on the left panel. Then hook it up to the deletion logic you made.

This way people will know this feature exists. The only thing I don't quite like is that we have separate deletion buttons for each panel.

But it might not actually be necessary, because pressing DEL key might come natural to people?

Also, the reason why I used X on the left panel for deletion is because I wanted users to have minimal hand movement, to increase workflow speed over time as one gets used to the shortcuts.

So, we might also consider having a unified button that is used for deletion in both panels?

Curious to hear your thoughts!
