清洗规则（参考 stop-slop）：正文破折号全部改写、删「not just X」式否定排比与 否定式开头、被动语态改主动、去掉强调拐杖词与戏剧化断句。demo 终端台词为真实 会话重放，保持原样；列表标签的结构性破折号（英文）保留。 In-prose em dashes rewritten, negative-contrast leads and titles dropped, passive voice made active, emphasis crutches removed.
