Reason for change: Fix of build and runtime issues on OpenWRT platform. Risks: Low Test Procedure: Tested on BPI openWRT with agent, RPI collocated mode.

Change the package Makefile name to Makefile_package to remove conflict with makefile in case-sensitive system. Change the setup.sh appropriately to copy Makefile_package as Makefile in the appropriate path. Risks: Low Test Procedure: Tested the clone on Mac is not impacted.
