RDKB-64589 : Coverity issues in CcspEthAgent component Reason for change: A new high priority coverity report has been generated and provided a fix for that issue to improve code safety and reliability. Test Procedure: Deploy the updated ethernet-agent on XB7/XB8 devices. Verify service startup, interface enumeration, and log output. Ensure no regressions or crashes.
