In the past, prop destroyInactiveTabPane can determine whether a tab needs to be destroyed when switching. However,it cannot specify the behavior of a single tab because it is the property of TabPanelList. I think its behavior should be similar to forceRender, which can determine which tab needs to be destroyed when switching and which does not. So, I refactor the prop destroyInactiveTabPane.
