SUMMARY

This PR integrates the configure_ztp_gitops_apps role with the new setup_ksops role.

While the setup_ksops role currently works as designed and sets up both the ksops kustomize plugin and the provided age key pair, the configuration is then overriden when the configure_ztp_gitops_apps role overrides the openshift-gitops argocd object, where the containers in the deployment are defined (including the init container installing the ksops plugin).

@ramperher, I tested the change successfully yesterday on a partner's environment, but since this PR didn't get updated I take the dci-pipeline in the partner environment is not set to vote con this repository.
Since I have to elaborate the documentation based on your last remarks, I'll try to have the PR tested in BOS2.
