RI-7678 Port all RDI features and fixes for the old Redis Insight UI

Description

Porting the existing features/fixes that we already applied in the past months, so we can release them using the old UI:

• Users can't delete an RDI instance

How it was tested

Deleting an existing RDI instance

• Verified that the delete button works as expected on the list with existing RDI instances

Upload existing RDI pipeline by default

• Verified that after page refresh, there is Loading... text in the Configuration file area, and then the config from the server is shown (no popup)
• Verified that we automatically show the Insert template select options once we clear the contents of the Configuration file
