Our goal would be to have pre-releases for RethinkDB that can be easily tested (not nightly builds). This would deplete the public runner limits quite fast. Therefore, we would set up an on-demand private runner to allow faster build procedure.
This PR contributes to that goal by adding the ansible playbook and role to setup a self-hosted runner. The resulting runner will be registered as below.
