Important Notes

• A security feature in macOS restricts downloaded files. You'll have to run xattr -rc ~/Downloads/Mac\ Starter\ Pack in the Terminal (replacing the path according to where you downloaded it). Sorry. (#1)

• The first time you launch the app, you will have to right-click on the "Starter Pack Launcher (PyLNP).app" icon and select "Open" and read the security dialog. In the future, the app will be code signed. (#2)
