Implements Spec-Plan-Execute workflow replacing heavy GSD system: - .spec/templates/ - idea, spec, plan, exec, learnings templates - .spec/commands/ - slash commands for OpenCode and Claude Code - .spec/status.md - issue tracking (in-progress/pending/completed) - .spec/CONTRIBUTING.md - workflow documentation Workflow: 1. /clawrium:idea - capture raw thoughts (creates new issue) 2. /clawrium:write-spec <issue> - formalize specification 3. /clawrium:write-plan <issue> - generate executable plan 4. /clawrium:execute <issue> - execute with cheaper model 5. /clawrium:learn <issue> - document learnings Issue types: bug, enhancement, feature Each template captures prompt log for reproducibility make setup-dev installs commands to local editor config
- setup-dev now handles all dev setup (deps + editor commands) - Removed redundant install-dev target - Reordered help to show setup-dev first

- idea.md: Add Socratic exploration questions focused on customer value, pain points, existing solutions, and timing - bug.md: New template with environment, regression, steps to reproduce, and verification checklist - exec.md: Redesign for atomic steps that can be individually executed, verified, and committed without breaking the product - step.md: New template for individual execution steps with verification - .gitignore: Exclude execute/ folders (ephemeral tracking)
