Tamper-evident cremation compliance logging for funeral homes and state regulators
CinerisRx is an early-stage concept for digitizing combustion cycle recordkeeping in the cremation industry — a space that still runs almost entirely on paper. It is designed for funeral home operators who need audit-ready documentation and for state inspectors who need frictionless record access.
- Combustion cycle logging with tamper-evident timestamps tied to retort sensor data
- Temperature curve documentation formatted to EPA requirements
- Auto-packaged certificate of cremation records per cycle
- Maintenance scheduling dashboard for retort equipment
- Read-only state inspector portal for reviewing historical records
- Regulatory submission workflow for routine filings
None yet. Sensor connectivity and regulatory submission endpoints are planned but not wired up in the current prototype.
The project is structured as a single-application prototype with a basic data model covering cremation cycles, equipment records, and generated compliance documents. No external sensor feeds or submission APIs are connected at this stage; the current code focuses on the record structure, UI flows, and certificate generation logic.
