Summary

collapse the SDK, CLI, and bridge sources into a single @mew-protocol/mew workspace under packages/mew
add gateway exports, bridge shims, and CLI updates so the consolidated package provides all runtime entrypoints
refresh documentation and test harnesses to reference the new workspace layout
