Summary

  • document MEWClient’s envelope normalization, join handshake, and stream helper events in the SDK spec
  • expand the MEWParticipant interface coverage for discovered tool metadata, proposal helpers, chat formatting, and telemetry/stream APIs
  • record the previously missing spec/code gaps in PR.md for traceability

Testing

  • not run (documentation-only change)
