Tested on latest RHEL/CentOS.
As there is no tag for the Python3 version,
just use the revision for now.

The version needs to be an incremental value, whereas this appears to be potentially a commit hash. Under that assumption, the problem with commit hashes is that a newer one can sort smaller than an older one.

You are right; ideally there would be a tag (> 1.0.0) in the main branch , so I can refer to it. Or maybe just call it "1.0.0-py3" abritrarily ?

Thanks for the PR and comments! This project has been unmaintained for quite some time, and it was so unmaintained that I only added a note to this effect just today. If someone wants to take it over I'd be open to that.

@robled Personally, I find rocket-depot does the job well as a minimal frontend. About taking over, I'd like to replicate the grdesktop esthetic, in a new language (nor C nor Python), which would mostly share the "rdesktop/freerdp" switch ability with rocket-depot. But I guess this goes too far offroad.
