Started working on the RC5 attribute migration. Haven't updated tests yet and the object encoder will need support for Datastar expressions. Issue: #9

It's been a while since I've last upgraded this library. I'm making it compatible with the latest Datastar release (RC5 at time of writing) with this PR.
