A tool to copy/merge data between or within Fallout 2 maps.
mappet.exe MINE1.txt MINE3.txt flipped.txt -c "0: a2, 1:b1, 2: a0"
Takes MINE1.txt as the main map (Map A), flips elevation 2 and 0, then replaces elevation 1 with elevation 0 from MINE3.txt (Map B)
