adds CTRL to On-Chain Integration MCPs, between Tatum and deBridge.
CTRL lets users wire on-chain rules (price triggers, balance thresholds, whale watching, new-pool detection on Clanker / Flaunch / Zora / BANKR) and execute through a vault with on-chain spending caps. Wallet signs once, the keeper handles the rest.
