mouse_down => mouse_move event , so that hit image moves along with the cursor
remove unnecessary blanks

Рекомендации:

поправить отступы (fix indentation)
убрать лишние пробелы
заменить максимальный счёт на константу
удалить лишний файл
положить картинки в отдельную папку
