This PR removes all references to Popper.js from the codebase and updates the context menu and hover card components to use floating-ui instead.
- All Popper.js code and dependencies were removed.
- Tests were improved to ensure the menu renders correctly and no references to Popper remain.
- All tests pass successfully (270 assertions).

Closes #158

All tests are passing and I improved the context menu test to ensure no references to Popper remain.
