Make shootout benchmarks visible on website, post to alioth.debian.org

Hello,
Could you write code for http://alioth.debian.org/scm/viewvc.php/shootout/bench/?root=shootout examples. This will show where are problems and also for newbies to understand the language better.

We have an intention to make our benchmark results more visible and comprehensive in order to help with tuning. Maybe in the 0.3 timeframe.

Having good benchmarks is important, but do we want them to be the shootout benchmarks?

The shootout benchmarks aren't really useful for benchmarking anything, but they're still very useful PR. Like it or not, the shootout is still the first stop for anyone wondering about the relative performance of various languages. A strong showing there can only help us.

Improving these would be nice, but I don't think we need to give them more visibility. They're mostly not good implementations, so making them more visible right now wouldn't be good.
