There was some other issue relating to the current state of actions-runners I also dialed back from ubuntu latest to 22.04 as 24.04 seems to have even more issues with nvm (see moodlehq/moodle-plugin-ci#310) so this should prove a little more stable for the next future until those issues are resolved. |
