Implement Python3 as a Allowed Language

Latest version of python was not supported. Added code to include Python 3 as a allowed Language.

Hi @whoisashish, thanks for this contribution. There are a couple of things missing for this to be complete.

1. You'd need to add Python 3 as an option in the dropdown here for it to actually show up to the users.
2. I'd suggest adding a boilerplate code same as the one for Python here.

And finally, please share a screenshot verifying that the newly added Python3 language actually works.
