This commit includes several fixes and updates: - Updates the default Google AI model to "gemini-2.5-flash-preview-05-20". - Strips whitespace from API keys and config values to prevent errors. - Sets the default log level to INFO for better visibility. - Adds langfuse as a dev dependency.
