CMutexの親クラスにできるよう、lockのconstを外す。
表示されたダイアログのクローズに実績のあるやり方を使う。
CProcessFactoryの固有機能ではないため、いずれ他クラスに移動する。 実際の移動まで行うと差分が大きくなりすぎるので、一旦static化のみに留める。
WCHAR[260]同士のコピーなので実は「安全」と断言できるのだけど、面倒なので直してしまう。

このため、編集ウインドウの作成、ファイルを開く、Grep実行などのテストを書くことができません。
※厳密には、書くこと自体はできるが、初期化完了を検知できないのでちょくちょく失敗する。
