This is a Netbeans Project written in java.
import it to your Netbeans to run the project.
the project is a sample ticket system, where the main showcase is ticket making.
the system has two types of accounts, client and IT.
Access the two type of accounts by using the generic usernames: client ("bob") and IT ("jon").
Password is not checked, so enter anything.
About
creates and handles tickets made by users and tracks the completion of the ticket. handles user and IT accounts. Use username "bob" for client's account and "jon" username for IT Account.
