Rework homepage layout, about section and navbar for a modern look and improved UX

Description

• This pull request introduces a major redesign of the website's homepage, focusing on a more modern and user-centric experience.
• The key changes include a revamped hero section, a more streamlined navigation bar, and a refreshed color palette and typography. These updates aim to improve the site's aesthetics, usability, and overall brand presence.
• The previous image slider has been replaced with a static hero section featuring prominent call-to-action buttons for "Book an Appointment" and "View Our Services".
• The navbar has been updated with a reduced height and includes the company name and tagline for better branding. A responsive mobile menu has also been implemented to ensure a seamless experience on all devices.
• Redesigned About section with a cleaner layout, improved typography, and more engaging specialty cards.
• Services Section: Transformed from a static grid into an interactive, infinite-scroll carousel

Additional Notes

• The default font has been changed to 'Poppins' for a cleaner and more modern look.
• Dark mode has been updated to support the new hero section and navbar design.
• The previous image slider code has been commented out and replaced with a new hero component. This can be reverted if necessary but the current design is significantly more effective.
• The company name "MidCity Hospital" and tagline "Urology and General Nursing Home" are now permanently visible in the header, enhancing brand recognition.
