Description

This PR includes a major UI/UX enhancement to the Hospital Management Website, focusing on improving the navigation experience and adding a new Specialties section to showcase medical services.

Changes Made

1. Enhanced Navbar

• Redesigned with a modern, professional look and feel
• Added a sticky header that shrinks on scroll for better navigation
• Implemented responsive design with a mobile-friendly hamburger menu
• Added a top bar with contact information and theme toggle
• Improved accessibility with proper ARIA labels and keyboard navigation
• Added smooth transitions and hover effects

2. New Specialties Section

• Created a visually appealing grid layout for medical specialties
• Added 9 specialty cards with relevant icons and descriptions
• Implemented responsive design that works on all screen sizes
• Added smooth hover animations and transitions
• Included dark mode support

3. Technical Improvements

• Refactored Navbar component for better maintainability
• Added proper TypeScript types
